HB 330 (Rep. Garcia, Sen. Jaramillo, Rep. J Martinez) would increase funding available to acequias and land grants for infrastructure projects. The bill would create new project funds for acequias and land grants with bonding capacity from severance tax bonds. The bill has been amended to also increase funding for existing funds for tribal and colonias communities. This bill supports investment in infrastructure and rural economic development.
